Jeff Davis County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia. The 2007 Census Estimate shows a population of 13,291. The county seat is Hazlehurst.
History
It was named for the first and only President of the Confederate States of America, Jefferson Davis. It was created on August 18, 1905.
