Liberty County, Georgia
Liberty County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia. As of 2000, the population was 61,610. The 2005 Census Estimate shows a population of 57,544. The county seat is Hinesville, Georgia.

History
Liberty County, located on the Georgia coast, was one of the seven Georgia counties created from the original colonial parishes on February 5, 1777.
